What counts as an answered call?
A call Crewbot picks up that lasts more than 20 seconds with a real caller. Hang-ups and robocalls under 20 seconds don’t count toward your plan.
What happens when I reach my plan’s calls?
Extra calls cost $0.75 each, up to a cap you set. At the cap, Crewbot only takes messages, and we email you. Nothing is charged past your cap.
Who handles payments?
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They run checkout, calculate tax and send your invoices. We never see your card details. You can cancel any time from Settings.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After your first payment, ask within 7 days for a full refund, no reasons needed. The full policy is on the Refunds page.
