Do callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. In its first sentence, Crewbot says it’s your business’s AI assistant and that the call is recorded and shared with service providers. It never pretends to be a person.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward the calls you miss to your Crewbot number with a short code from your carrier. Your customers keep dialing the number they know.
What counts as an answered call?
A call Crewbot picks up that lasts more than 20 seconds with a real caller. Hang-ups and robocalls under 20 seconds don’t count toward your plan.
What happens when Crewbot can’t help a caller?
It takes the caller’s name and number and tells them you’ll call back. Emergencies go straight to your on-call number. Every call shows up in your inbox either way.
What happens when I reach my plan’s calls?
Extra calls cost $0.75 each, up to a cap you set. At the cap, Crewbot only takes messages, and we email you. Nothing is charged past your cap.
Who handles payments?
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They run checkout, calculate tax and send your invoices. We never see your card details. You can cancel any time from Settings.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After your first payment, ask within 7 days for a full refund, no reasons needed. The full policy is on the Refunds page.
What happens to my data?
We keep only what Crewbot needs: your settings, call summaries and transcripts. You can export or delete them at any time from Settings. The Trust page lists what we collect and who processes it.
